Maligayang Pasko Feliz Navidad Merry Christmas
The spirit of Christmas in the Philippines starts as early in September. As soon as August reaches its near end, Filipinos get excited to shout out loud Ber Na! , which means countdown to Christmas is soon to begin. Ber refers to the months of September to December; the four months that all end in ~ber. Trending for days now is GMA Network's Christmas Message as its station ID with the theme Ipadama ang Puso ng Pasko , which means to extend the spirit of Christmas to everyone (literal translation: to have everyone feel the heart of Christmas).
